Apparently, steaming your vegetables is the healthy way to go. Far better than boiling away all the lovely nutritional goodness.
What they don't say is that you really need to be paying attention.
'Cos otherwise things go from "steamy" to "hot" pretty quickly, before rushing straight on to "smokin'!"
Oops.
