How to deconstruct a Toad

It may seem cruel, but as far as I am aware, there's no mention in the Geneva Convention about the rights and wrongs of deconstructing toads.  It's just something that happens.

They start out like this.

 ...and then...

 ...little by little...

...things unfold...

 ... until...

 .. you are left...

 ... with...

.. this.
