Baboons demand right of reply

The baboons would like it known that they resent the slur cast by Frog.

They assert their right to exist and be modelled in stone or paper.

A long lost relative?

When looking for branches on the family tree, frog found himself in the British Museum, where he met this chap.

A Late Predynastic - early First Dynasty, about 3100 BC frog, carved from andesite.  At the beginning of the First Dynasty a few large sculptures of animals were produced, the frog and baboon being popular subjects.

Frog could understand the popularity of the frog as a sculptural subject, but had no idea why anyone would bother with a baboon.
