Pour quoi frog?

Why frogs? Well, why not. These frogs are for Darcy, who has been in isolation in The Sydney Children's Hospital. If you want to follow Darcy's progress check out the journal updates here: www.caringbridge.org/visit/darcygilmour10/journal

If you want to make a frog you can find instructions at: http://www.savethefrogs.com/teachers/images/Origami-Jumping-Frog.pdf .

If frogs are beyond you, you can also give blood. Details of how available from the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

Picnic at Hanging Frog

Some School Frogs decided to go on a picnic to a dramatic spot a few hours hop from home.

Led by Miranda, their ethereally beautiful School Captain, the frogs gazed in amazement at the incredible natural formations that lay before them.

Some wanted to explore close up.

Miranda and her closest friends decided to venture into the heart of this wild but compelling place.

Strange music played as they hopped dreamily into the mystery.
Would they ever be seen again?

(This post should be read with pan pipes playing in the background.  And thanks - or possibly apologies - to Joan Lindsay and Peter Weir
