Pour quoi frog?

Why frogs? Well, why not. These frogs are for Darcy, who has been in isolation in The Sydney Children's Hospital. If you want to follow Darcy's progress check out the journal updates here: www.caringbridge.org/visit/darcygilmour10/journal

If you want to make a frog you can find instructions at: http://www.savethefrogs.com/teachers/images/Origami-Jumping-Frog.pdf .

If frogs are beyond you, you can also give blood. Details of how available from the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

More catfrog

Regular readers will know we like to do our research.

There appears to be some kind of synergy between cats and frogs.

Which is perhaps why the ABC suggests dressing your cat up as a frog.

You've got to wonder if someone reads this stuff before it gets published.

Quotable quotes include:
"Playing dress ups is great fun. So why not let your cat in on the action?"
and
"You could make this frog hat for your cat and have your own fashion parade. If your moggy won't play along, it could work on your teddy bear or little sister instead!"

The final artwork is a little blurry but I reckon that's a Birman attempting to dislodge a frog hat and gloves.

Not happy I think.
