Pour quoi frog?

Why frogs? Well, why not. These frogs are for Darcy, who has been in isolation in The Sydney Children's Hospital. If you want to follow Darcy's progress check out the journal updates here: www.caringbridge.org/visit/darcygilmour10/journal

If you want to make a frog you can find instructions at: http://www.savethefrogs.com/teachers/images/Origami-Jumping-Frog.pdf .

If frogs are beyond you, you can also give blood. Details of how available from the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

Frogs in the kitchen - the basics

Some frogs are on tour in PNG.
And typical expats that they are, they're whingeing about the local produce.

"There's no fresh milk."

"Lamb flaps?  What the heck is a lamb flap?  And do you wear it or eat it?"

"Is this bread or cardboard? And what is the green stuff in my toasted sandwich?"
(for the uninitiated, it was tomato)

Enough complaining you frogs.  And get yourselves into the kitchen and sort yourselves out!

"Hmm, dough.  Just what we knead."

"Are we hot, or what?"

"Crumbs! That's good."

No apologies for the puns.  Me and the frogs, we're a long way from home.
