Pour quoi frog?

Why frogs? Well, why not. These frogs are for Darcy, who has been in isolation in The Sydney Children's Hospital. If you want to follow Darcy's progress check out the journal updates here: www.caringbridge.org/visit/darcygilmour10/journal

If you want to make a frog you can find instructions at: http://www.savethefrogs.com/teachers/images/Origami-Jumping-Frog.pdf .

If frogs are beyond you, you can also give blood. Details of how available from the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

It's not unusual....

Frog Jones
The well known Welshfrog singing sensation is proud to present:

"It's not unusual: the hospital verses".

It's not unusual to eat Doritos with anyone
It's not unusual to want Wok Master with everyone
but when I see you hanging about the kitchenette
It's not unusual to see me cry,
oh I wanna' fry (a dumpling, perhaps?)

It's not unusual to go out at any time
but when I see you out without a mask it's such a crime
If you should ever start dancing around the ward,
It's not unusual, it happens every day,
No matter what you say, you find it happens all the time
Blood will never do what you want it to
Why can't this bone marrow be mine?

It’s not unusual for neutrophils to grow
It’s not unusual for “faith” and “hope” to have to go
But if I ever find that you've laughed at anytime
It's not unusual to find out that we’re all on your side
whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh
whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh
