Who would have believed that it would be restaurant reviews that would tip the Frogs and the Toads into open warfare?
But sure enough, that's how it started - with a dispute between the food critic for the Good Frog Guide (elegantly dressed in pink) and the usurping Black Toad.
At first it seemed the Frog had won the right to conduct the review...
But meanwhile the Black Toad was marshalling the forces of evil...
And came back to the restaurant, flanked by the Red Guard.
Poor frog was muscled out, left with only a few crumbs.
