Pour quoi frog?

Why frogs? Well, why not. These frogs are for Darcy, who has been in isolation in The Sydney Children's Hospital. If you want to follow Darcy's progress check out the journal updates here: www.caringbridge.org/visit/darcygilmour10/journal

If you want to make a frog you can find instructions at: http://www.savethefrogs.com/teachers/images/Origami-Jumping-Frog.pdf .

If frogs are beyond you, you can also give blood. Details of how available from the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

Parr-fect happiness

In July, 1543 Frog King Henry heads down the aisle for the sixth (and final) time.  He likes a summer wedding.  He should know, he's had enough of them.

His final bride is also no stranger to marriage having been married twice before. Her name is.... wait for it....wait for it.... Katherine. Meaning that 50% of Henry's wives have been called Katherine, 33% called Anne and 17% called Jane. And, wife #6, Katherine Parr, was actually named Katherine after wife #1, Katherine of Aragon. KP's mum, Maud, used to work for the Spanish wife.  Small world, huh?
